Dominique Russo, RVT
Veterinary Technician
I grew up riding horses and spending most of my time at the barn. I always knew I wanted to work with horses and help them perform to the best of their abilities
I have been in the veterinary field since 2019 completing my schooling in 2022 through Platt College and completing my VTNE in December of 2022.
In my free time you can find me with my two Staffordshire terrier mixes Rambo and Ranger. I love going to the desert or the river and have a huge passion for jeeps as well!
Bailey Huggins
Veterinary Technician
I’ve spent my whole life around western horses and the rodeo sene. Spending my free time at the barn training my own working ranch horses.
It is an incredible experience and opportunity working for Dr. Bailey’s keeping these athletes competing at the best of their abilities.
My other hobbies outside of horses include spending time with my golden retriever Sadie, running, reading and going to the gym.

Debe Suttie Baileys, PharmD

I have a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry from UC Berkeley and a Doctor of Pharmacy from University of the Pacific. I worked as a hospital pharmacist at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, CA, and have over 20 years of experience as a horse show mom.

My expertise lies in healthcare, where I have worked for more than 25 years, and I have also gained considerable experience in office management over the past 20 years.
I currently reside in San Diego, and I am a married mother of three sons. Outside of work, I enjoy watching my sons play their favorite sports, and I have a special place in my heart for my German Shepherd, Zander.
